Pinta Barrel Brewing Feather

Pinta - Pinta Barrel Brewing is Pinta's project entirely for barrel-aged beers, most of which are specialty wild-fermented sour blends or imperial porters and stouts.
This spontaneously fermented ale is aged in wine barrels for 22 months. Not that that's a lot, but then it's aged for another 6 months with Hungarian prunes.

Ingredients: water, barley malt , wheat , plums, hops, yeast
