Oud Beersel Winterlambiek

Authentic Belgian lambic tuned with green pine cones, which are added periodically over several weeks during fermentation in oak barrels.
Created for the winter months, with the dominant shades being resin and coniferous forest.
A secondary fermentation follows in the bottle, allowing the beer to develop for a long time after bottling.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops, pine cones, sugar, yeast
