Oud Beersel Rhubarb Lambiek

Authentic Belgian lambic tuned with rhubarb (from a local farm to the brewery), which coexists with the beer for 3-4 months during fermentation in oak barrels. A secondary fermentation follows in the bottle, allowing the beer to develop long after bottling.
