Oude Lambiek or old lambic that has been aged for at least one year.
The beer ferments spontaneously in a natural way thanks to specific microflora. Lambic is the oldest still existing beer style in Belgium and dates back to before 1300. Until around 1860, lambic was one of the few beers produced in the Brussels region, the Seine Valley and the Payotland.

Bag-in-a-box technology allows beer to be drunk up to 4 weeks after opening without compromising its quality.
