Oud Beersel Oude Geuze Vieille - Barrel Selection Demi-Muids (2021)

In 2013, Oud Beersel managed to acquire 65 Demi Muid barrels (a type of French 600 liter barrel), most of which were used for Chateauneuf du Pape wine, and for this beer they selected the best that had been aged in the barrels in question for the last 4 years before bottling (2021) and made a blend that appears only once on the market. It hardly needs to be explained that in 2023, the oldest part in this beer is already 6 years old.
