A mixed box with 24 pieces of authentic fruit lambic (protected geographical indication) with different types of fruits. Lambic is produced exclusively in the Brussels and Zene Valley regions of Belgium. It is a spontaneously fermented beer that is aged in oak barrels, and in this case, fruit (between 25% and 30%) is added to the patiently awaited 6-month lambic. After another 8 months in the company of the fruit, the beer is ready for filtering and bottling. Lindemans is one of only 13 lambic breweries.
