Labietis Gaismas Ragana

One of the oldest mead recipes was discovered during excavations in the Danish town of Etgved and dates back to 1370 BC. In fact, to be precise, it is a bragot (a hybrid drink between mead and beer), and the Labietis are reviving this Bronze Age recipe.
Besides honey, of course, there is also cranberry juice, lime blossom, bog myrtle, and bog valerian, and it recreates an ancient Nordic flavor.

Ingredients: water, wheat, cranberry juice, honey, linden blossom, swamp myrtle, swamp sage, yeast
