Chimay Rouge

Chimay (French: Chimay) is a Trappist beer produced and bottled at the brewery of the Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey in Chimay (Belgium). Chimay is one of the eight Trappist beer brands. A strong beer with a copper-red color, an alcohol content of 7.0% and a sweet fruity aroma of apricot, malt and hay.
