Chimay Doree

Chimay (French: Chimay) is a Trappist beer produced and bottled at the brewery of the Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey in Chimay (Belgium). Chimay is one of ten Trappist beer brands. Chimay Dorée - a light beer with an alcohol content of 4.8%, with a dark orange color, with an aroma of grapefruit, citrus and honey. Generally intended for the personal use of Trappist monks, it is very rarely found and is deliberately non-commercialized.
