Omnipollo from Stockholm is one of those breweries that changes the perception of what beer can be. Founder Henok Fentie dreamed of becoming a pastry chef — and this passion shines through in every beer he makes. Their imperial stout beers are legendary — rich, decadent, with additions of vanilla, coconut, chocolate, marshmallow, and everything that can turn a beer into a liquid dessert. But Omnipollo isn't just about stouts — they also make solid double IPAs, have a strong core range with IPAs and pale ales, and periodically surprise with unconventional styles. Their visual identity — with characteristic illustrations — makes them recognizable at first glance.
Brewski — boundless stylistic diversity
Brewski from Gothenburg is at the other end of the spectrum — a brewery that refuses to be defined by a single style. There's hardly a beer category they haven't tried — from light and sessionable IPAs and classic IPAs, through imperial IPAs and double IPAs, to fruity Berliner Weisses inspired by desserts, stouts, and even hard seltzer. Brewski is for those who like to try something different with every new beer.
