The beer is characterized by a dense body, thanks to the classic combination of barley, wheat and oat malts for the style, with the addition of oats to enhance the creamy texture and typical haze. The taste is a combination of light sweetness and moderate bitterness. Rich in aromas, thanks to the generous amount of hops used in the brewing, cooling and twice dry after fermentation. Mango, peach, passion fruit, lime, pineapple, tangerine, pine are felt, enhanced by the yeast, which also adds a touch of apricot.
