Belgian ” Witbier ” style white beer , with French cereals ! On a slightly acidulated wheat beer base, citrus zest and coriander seeds were used , as tradition dictates. We also added ” Mistral “, a variety of Alsace hops that accentuates the lemony notes of the beer!
