We won’t hide it from you, this beer is important to us. For one simple reason: it is for sure the most “local” beer in the history of Fauve. We explain everything to you.
As you know, at Fauve, we have always sought to source the ingredients that allow us to make the best beers. Period. The majority of our malts now come from England, particularly the “extra pale” malts that we use in our hopped beers. Some special malts come from Germany: our neighbors across the Rhine have historical expertise in these categories of malts. On the hops side, we regularly brew beers with American, Australian, New Zealand hops, etc. We are lucky to have excellent relationships with our hop suppliers who sometimes allow us to preview the finest of the best varieties in the world.
