‘Off Theory’ is done collaboration with Siren Craft Brew from the holy parish of Wokingham, UK. We now finally, have collaborated with all of our head brewer’s former workplaces.
Off Theory is a big imperial stout brewed with English malt including large amounts of pale chocolate malt and a hint of vanilla. The result is a big smooth dark and milk chocolate flavoured imperial stout with dark fruits, caramel, roasted coffee and vanilla/chocolate finish.
The term Off theory is a cricketing term used for when bowler will bowl on or around off stump making the batsman play (AKA Corridor of uncertainty). Don’t let test and first class cricket die, go and watch your local counties/provinces and states play! Test cricket will always be the best cricket.
