This isn't just any pilsner, but a Czech-style imposter brewed using the classic double decoction method.

Double decoction is a traditional mashing technique where a portion of the mash is removed, boiled separately, and then returned to the main mash. It's a demanding but rewarding process – especially when the goal is to craft an authentic, old-school pilsner. The result is a deeper, more characterful malt profile, a fuller body, and excellent drinkability.

In classic fashion, it's hopped exclusively with Saaz, adding a refined spiciness and soft bitterness.

Ingredients: water, barley malt , hops, yeast.
