Our story began in 2013,
when there were still no Bulgarian craft breweries and the term craft beer was virtually unknown. At first, we operated out of a garage in the Lozenets neighborhood of Sofia, existing only online. A few months later, we decided to try turning that same garage into a store, and with a budget of 2,000 leva, we were soon welcoming fellow beer enthusiasts in person.

Somewhere in the spring of 2014, we made our first import
Mikkeller from Denmark. That was also when the first beers from local breweries Divo Pivo and Glarus appeared, though things were still moving quite slowly. We also caught the Estonians Põhjala shortly after their flying start, and all of this was still happening out of the garage.

We took part in all kinds of events.
We held tastings almost every week, explaining time and again the different beer styles, brewing methods, and everything in between. Meanwhile, a more serious craft beer community was beginning to take shape in Bulgaria, and we opened a store with a tasting area on Yuri Venelin Street in Sofia.

For a brief time we even had two locations
not the one you know now, but across the street. The idea was never to build a chain, but to have one place where beer geeks could gather and you'd always know there was someone to have a beer with. So the Lozenets garage closed shortly after, and in the summer of 2015 we moved to our current location, where tens of thousands of liters of beer have since been poured.

Shortly after, we opened Vitamin B
which was actually the first place in Bulgaria with more than one craft beer tap. With no idea whether there would be any interest, the opening turned out to be epic: hundreds of people, plenty of winter preserves thrown at us from the upper floors (shoutout to everyone who remembers), and of course — the police.

Things seemed to pick up at a more serious pace
New beer venues started appearing, in most cases founded by our former and current customers, while new breweries began launching in parallel. Naturally, many of them turned to us — breweries for distribution, and new bars and shops for supply. Over the past 10+ years, we have firmly established ourselves as Bulgaria's leading craft beer distributor.

We regularly traveled to the biggest craft beer festivals in Europe
to discover the names making waves and bring them to Bulgaria — and of course, we never stopped drinking.

In 2021, together with Kanaal, we organized the largest Balkan craft beer festival
featuring some of the biggest names on the global scene — Balkan Beer Bash. The festival now draws visitors from across Europe and beyond.

Bulgaria has firmly established itself on the European craft beer scene
and off the back of the festival, major brewers started coming to us, leading to a series of collaborations with Bulgarian breweries. We also had the honor of welcoming Mikkel Borg Bjergsø himself — the man who is essentially the founding father of craft beer in Europe.

In 2023, 100 Beers turned 10
which called for what was probably the most epic craft beer drinking session starting in the morning (the expected 8:00 AM kickoff even started early) in Bulgaria.
