The idea for the brewery originated in late 2014 when two beer enthusiasts, Yordan Chenkov and Penyo Georgiev, decided to embark on a new adventure after countless home brews. After a long and challenging battle with bureaucracy, the brewery officially opened its doors in March 2017, welcomed with enthusiasm by craft beer fans.
