The juicy bitterness of bog myrtle and lingonberries introduces the prehistoric drink, that is dominated by mild sweetness of wheat and honey, complemented by giddy notes of linden blossom and meadowsweet. The tart cranberries bring balance to this truly nordic tastescape.
