About the brewery
Gamma is a Danish brewery born of an ambition to create delicious beer that is as gratifying to make as it is to drink, with a tendency toward the lavish use of hops.
Gamma Brewing Co was founded in early 2015 by five friends who met through bartending in the Copenhagen craft beer scene. In the beginning it was just a side project, they bought one fermentation tank and installed it in a brewer's collective in Gørløse north of Copenhagen, brewed a beer, kegged it, delivered it to local bars, brewed another and so on.
Nowadays they have 6,000 liter tanks. They expanded their team in sales, marketing and production. Introducing organic beers in our flagship range and improved the brewery tasting room & shop.
