Now, it’s entirely plausible that Da Vinci wasn’t talking about cocktails specifically, but we believe the statement still stands. With this in mind, our rendition of a classic Bellini Cipriani consists of nothing more than our standard sour base blended with a generous helping of fresh peach purée and sparkling white wine. Well, why tinker with perfection? Cin cin!
