Initially, this was a classic Gose - pleasantly sour, drinkable, refreshing, and suitable for consuming in large quantities. Now, it's still pleasantly sour and even more refreshing due to the added Bulgarian cucumbers and dill. And it's getting closer and closer to tarator. Brewed with Lactobacillus plantarum.
