Product information

Another collaboration between Hop Hooligans and a Bulgarian brewery.
This time, the focus is on Tetrapod from Varna.
And this sour ale definitely takes the Hooligans out of their comfort zone, making a sharp turn towards a gin and tonic cocktail. Brewed with grapefruit, blood orange, juniper, and quinine.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, grapefruit purée, blood orange purée, cinchona bark, juniper, hops, yeast, potassium metabisulfite

About Hop Hooligans
