Oud Beersel Sweet Osmanthus Lambiek

Authentic Belgian lambic tuned with Osmanthus Fragrans flower, which is added periodically over several weeks during fermentation in oak barrels. The plant is a flowering shrub from Asia (most commonly found in the Himalayan region) and has a strong aroma reminiscent of Asian teas and floral notes. A secondary fermentation follows in the bottle, allowing the beer to develop long after bottling. Suitable for aging for up to 10 years, during which the beer develops due to its secondary fermentation. Recommended serving temperature: 8°C – 12°C
