Mad Scientist Helles 50

A festival beer at its best, with the true characteristics of the bottom-fermented helles (every helles is a lager, but not every lager is a helles): rounded flavors, moderate, but pleasant bitterness, an incredibly silky mouthfeel, a pale appearance (which is what the name originally means) and only 4.1% alcohol to start, continue or end the evening. Good times all the time!
