Another hybrid beer, and another collaboration, but this time not with another brewery, but with perhaps the most progressive producers of brewing yeast - White Labs. The recipe is for a massively hopped pale ale with the noble Saaz, Tettnanger, and Perle hops, but the yeast is for a Belgian ale, and the result is a very aromatic, floral, and estery beer with a crisp body.
