Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 18 and over are permitted to use 100beers.bg and place orders.
Registration
Registration is not mandatory for purchasing products from 100beers.bg. However, registering allows you to track the status of your orders, participate in upcoming promotions, and use all store services.
Registration is free and involves accurately filling out the registration form. When completing the electronic registration form, the customer is required to provide complete and accurate details about their identity and other requested information.
Ordering
Orders can be placed on 100beers.bg at any time, 24/7, and are processed on business days.
Each product page includes a “+Cart” button. Clicking this button adds the selected product to your virtual shopping cart. The cart’s contents are saved until you decide to proceed with the purchase. You can edit the cart’s contents before finalizing your order.
The listed price is per item or set, in Bulgarian lev (BGN), including VAT but excluding delivery fees.
When confirming your order and the contents of your virtual cart, you will be directed to a payment form. If you wish to receive the order at an address different from your registered one, be sure to specify this in the “Notes” field. Non-registered users will need to provide accurate information in the form that appears.
You will receive an email containing all order details and its status. Please check whether the email is received, and if not (also check the Spam folder), contact us.
The order is considered confirmed once the terms are accepted by the customer.
Payment
Payment methods include:
- Cash on delivery, if this option is selected.
- Credit/debit card for online payments.
For canceled or returned online orders, the amount paid will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
Customers under the Consumer Protection Act must pay the purchase price for the ordered goods as well as shipping fees not included in the price.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order in the following cases:
- The goods are received damaged.
- The agreed delivery period has not been met.
- The delivered goods do not match the customer’s order.
- The price does not match the listed price.
- The goods are expired.
Customers may also cancel their order immediately after placing it, but not after it has already been shipped.
Guarantees and Returns
Purchased goods may be returned within seven days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in accordance with all conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of factory defects or expired goods, which are covered by 100beers.bg.
If any defects are found upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately notify us of the type and quantity of defects.
Applicable Law
Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions will be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with the chosen online store, you may use the ODR platform. All products on the site are subject to updates. Information may be changed at any time without prior notice.
