About the brewery
Meltum Brewery was founded by four friends – Pavel, his father Georgi, Todor, and their technologist, Dr. Petar Nedyalkov. It all started when Pavel decided to experiment with home brewing using a 7-liter pot. The idea of opening their own brewery matured, and in 2019, they created their first professional brewing facility near their hometown of Lovech. The team actively experiments with recipes and ingredients, aiming to create beers with clear and balanced flavor experiences. Meltum's primary goal is to popularize craft beer in Bulgaria by introducing innovations and improving traditional recipes.
