About the brewery
The Danish brewery Mikkeller is world-famous for its innovative approach to craft beer. Founded by Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, the brewery does not have its own production facilities and uses the "gypsy brewing" concept – brewing in other breweries. Mikkeller is known for an incredibly diverse range of styles, including sour beers, IPAs, stouts, and experimental offerings.
