An annual Imperial Stout brewed for Kyiv Day, inspired by the iconic Kyiv Cake. For the 2026 release, we added hazelnut, vanilla, and a pinch of salt for even more depth and character.

Dense, rich, and indulgent, with layers of chocolate, hazelnut cream, vanilla, and a subtle salty note in the finish. A little sweet, a little salty, and far from simple.

About Varvar Brew

It all starts with a dream. Or, to be honest — with a glass of beer (who could doubt it). The brewery starts small, because in the beginning, all they have is one audacious dream. They have no equipment, so their first beer is born in a completely different city, in completely different tanks. But step by step, the dream draws closer, and today the brewery has its own small and larger brewery, a barrel program, and BIG plans for the future. The one thing that hasn't changed is the audacious dream and the intent to break through the rock of prejudice about beer — to open up its boundless horizons for you and with you.
