Sofia Electric Brewing Sour Cucumber & Juniper

Initially, this was a classic gose - pleasantly tart, drinkable, refreshing, and suitable for consuming in large quantities. Now it is just as pleasantly tart and even more refreshing due to the added Bulgarian cucumbers and juniper berries. Brewed with Lactobacillus plantarum.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, cucumber, juniper berries, hops, yeast, salt
