This ale is named after the Meadowlark bird, which is the main inhabitant of rye fields. This is also a reference to the main character of the beer - it is brewed with rye malt. In addition to it, it includes 7 more varieties of malt plus hopping with Cascade and Chinook. The color is amber-red, with a short-lasting soft foam and an aroma of toffee candy and well-baked black bread.
