Berliner Weisse brewed with raspberries, lactose, oats and spelt. The raspberry aroma definitely dominates and almost drowns out the typical Berliner Weisse aroma. In the taste, the acidity specific to the style is almost muted and erased, and the beer comes in very fresh with a fairly dense body due to the lactose used.
Malts: Pale ale, Wheat malt, Flaked oats, Flaked Spelt
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Raspberries
