Öö means night in translation. Dark as night, almost pitch black, imperial Baltic porter number 12 in the world for its style (RateBeer). The beer has fine carbonation, forms a thin layer of foam, has a slightly smoky aroma reminiscent of charcoal. The taste begins with a discreet liqueur sweetness with notes of dried fruits with alcohol warming and passes to bitterness of strongly roasted barley grain and dark chocolate. Slightly less sweet than the standard Baltic porter. Brewed with Demerara sugar. IBU: 60 Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast
