Põhjala Must Kuld

The name of this porter translates as "Black Gold" and is certainly apt and much more appropriate than the similar definition for oil. An exceptionally full-bodied, rich and aromatic porter that is in the top 50 porters from around the world at RateBeer.
The default aroma is of cocoa and coffee, and the body is very dense. The taste is reminiscent of milk chocolate, marzipan, Nescafe and chocolates with coffee. At the end, the bitterness of heavily roasted barley stands out. It is brewed with eight types of malt and milk sugar. IBU: 45.
