Authentic Belgian 18 month lambic tuned with pine and spruce buds, which are added periodically over several weeks during fermentation in oak barrels. This gives a unique aroma of coniferous wood and resinous notes. A secondary fermentation follows in the bottle, allowing the beer to develop for a long time after bottling. Bag-in-a-box technology allows the beer to be drunk up to 4 weeks after opening without compromising its quality. Quantity: 3.1 liters
