Oud Beersel Oolong Roasted Tea Sparkling Infused Lambic (2021)

Authentic Belgian lambic tuned with Oolong (Chinese semi-fermented tea, which in this case is also roasted) tea, which is added periodically over several weeks during fermentation in oak barrels.
A secondary fermentation follows in the bottle, allowing the beer to develop for a long time after bottling.
