Labietis Abelu Drava

You certainly don't expect this when you open a bottle of mead. Starting with the fact that the fermentation here is spontaneous (wild), adding a large amount of two apple varieties plus grapes, which add extra acidity, replacing pure honey with a mix of bee bread, royal jelly, pollen, propolis and honey (of course) and adding herbs... an interesting experiment, to say the least.
