Fauve Sainte Trinité du Houblon 2026

Cyprien Maisonnier himself, one of the two founders of Fauve, traveled to the West Coast of the US to handpick his favorites from this year's hop harvests, and his final selection includes Mosaic from Jackson Hop and Perrault Farms, Citra from Carpenter Ranches and Oasis Farms, and Simcoe from Wyckoff Farms. And all of this translates into a perfect double dry-hopped New England Triple IPA.
