Диво пиво

A completely Bulgarian product produced in the first Bulgarian microbrewery that bottles beer for the market. It is Pivovarna 359 located in the Sofia village of Mramor, from which the water for their production is also sourced. Unfiltered, light amber ale with German Weyermann malt, American hop varieties produced in Bulgaria and yeast from Belgium. Divo Pivo is the fruit of three years of development and is, as we like to say, a slightly more Bulgarian version of blonde ale - ale, with a slightly bitter and dry finish. Unfiltered, with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
