Chimay Blue

"Chimay" (French: Chimay) is a Trappist beer produced and bottled in the brewery of the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Scourmont in Chimay (Belgium). Chimay is one of the eight Trappist beer brands. The most popular Chimay brand. A strong beer with an alcohol content of 9.0%, with a copper-brown color, with a slightly bitter taste and aroma of fruit, malt and caramel, with hints of plum. It has been produced since 1954. Included in the book "500 beers from around the world that you must try".
