Brewski Salty Lemon

This Berliner Weisse started out as a Proto brewed in just 4 kegs for festivals, but the overall feedback was so positive that the brewery was forced to mass-produce the beer. And it has it all - sweet, salty and sour, thanks to the addition of lemon juice and zest, licorice (licorice root) and vanilla. Ingredients: water, malt, wheat, oats, hops, lemon, licorice, vanilla, yeast.
