Chimay is perhaps the most recognizable Trappist name – here you will find the full range: Chimay Rouge with its soft malty character, Chimay Blue with its complex dark profile, Chimay Triple (Cinq Cents) with its typical Belgian fruitiness, and even the rarer Chimay Dorée. Orval offers only one beer, but it is enough – a dry, complex, and brett-fermented ale that continues to evolve in the bottle. Trappistes Rochefort 6 and 8 are among the richest and most elegant dark ales you can taste. And Westmalle Dubbel is the classic with which many first became acquainted with the concept of "Trappist beer."

Lambic, Gueuze, and Fruit Lambics – Wild and Unique

Belgian lambics are a unique style where beer ferments spontaneously – with wild yeasts from the environment, without the addition of cultivated strains. Oud Beersel is one of the most authentic producers of traditional lambic and gueuze, and with 30 products in our collection, this is perhaps the richest selection of Oud Beersel in Bulgaria. You will even find aged vintage series that reveal a completely different dimension of sour beers. Lindemans, on the other hand, offers the more accessible side of the lambic world – their fruit variants with sour cherry (Kriek), raspberry (Framboise), and blackcurrant are an ideal entry point for anyone who wants to try something different.

Strong Belgian Ales – Duvel, La Chouffe, Tripel Karmeliet

Belgian strong golden ale is a style that balances on a thin line between lightness and strength. **Duvel** is the benchmark – an elegant, dry-hopped beer with 8.5% alcohol that is dangerously easy to drink. We also offer the limited Duvel Tripel Hop Citra for connoisseurs of hop aromas. La Chouffe from Brasserie d'Achouffe is among the most beloved Belgian beers in the world – spicy, fruity, with the characteristic gnome on the label. Tripel Karmeliet from Bosteels brewery is a tripel brewed according to a recipe from 1679 with three types of grain, with a creamy texture and finesse that makes it perfect for special occasions.

St. Bernardus – Trappist Heritage, Craft Spirit

Although they do not bear the official Trappist label, the beers of St. Bernardus are brewed according to original recipes from Westvleteren Abbey. ABT 12 is among the most highly rated beers in the world – a dark quadrupel with aromas of dark fruits, caramel, and spices. Prior 8 and Pater 6 complete the line with lighter, but no less characteristic interpretations of classic Belgian monastic styles.
