To Øl To Be Pacific

This is a collaboration brew with Bale Breaker brewery in the Yakima Valley of Washington. They are a brewery owned by one of the hop farmers and are located right in the middle of the hop fields. We are using hops from their farm (Loftus Ranch) in the beer.

The beer is a modern west coast IPA which means it's drier and lighter than original west coasts, still with a noticeable bitterness, but the hop profile is more in the tropical fruity and dank direction with a blend of mosaic and krush hops, rather than the standard grapefruit/pine of cascade and chinook.
