Lindemans Cassis

Authentic fruit lambic (protected geographical indication) with Belgian blackcurrant.
Lambic is produced exclusively in the Brussels and Zene Valley regions of Belgium. It is a spontaneously fermented beer that is aged in oak barrels, and in this case, fruit (between 25% and 30%) is added to the patiently awaited 6-month lambic. After another 8 months in the company of the fruit, the beer is ready for filtering and bottling.
