IIIO Brewery® is a craft brewery founded by beer enthusiast Dmytro Voloshchenko in 2017. For the team, brewing is like art — beer is their canvas, with water, malt, hops, and yeast as their basic colors, the four core elements. But the most important element is imagination and a strong drive to create something new. The brewery experiments with styles, flavors, and ingredients, always trying to step outside the ordinary and the dull. As with any good work of art, their main goal is to create emotion. The brewery remains open to new experiences and new collaborations.
